'page not found' while downloading

I am using a redemption code for downloading premiere elements 15 and Photoshop 15 but when I click download, I am getting at 'page not found' screen. Please tell me how to bypass this and actually use what I paid for. Thank you.

    if possible, please share the link with us where you are getting 'Page Not Found'.

    Also, you can try downloading PSE15 directly from:

    Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10​

    and PRE 15 from:

    Download Adobe Premiere Elements 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10​

    I had this same problem! I had to contact adobe through the chat, where they then sent me a direct link to download them.
