Paid but Elements2023 wont accept password to download

I have paid for download of Elements2023, next was asked for my password (to start download  ) Password not accepted. Changed password - not accepted. I cannot proceed to download no matter how many times I change password-none accepted.  Where do I go from here ?

It is likely your operating system asking for the operating system password (not the Adobe password) to allow the download.

There is no password to download. Nobody said anything about Flash Player. Please show a screen shot of the messages you get (make sure it does not include personal info or Adobe serial number or redemption code). I assume you already know that you do need to enter your system password to install any software, including Adobe software. This won't be your Adobe password.

Adobe stopped flash support two years ago.  You're being asked for a password? What website are trying the download from?  This doesn't sound like an Adobe site.  If it was- good.  If it was a place that offered Photoshop elements for something like $29- you can kiss your money goodbye- you just got ripped off.

    I tried to download from Adobes own websight. $145. The issë appears to be none acceptance of passwords.  I chaned to a new password perhaps 4 times, each one wouldn't open anything. Thanks for replying.
