Paid for PSE 2020 but can't open Editor

I paid for PSE 2020 on the 4th and the charge is "pending" on my cc account.  I have the serial number for the product. It seemed to download fine. I can open the Organizer but when I try to open the Editor, it has me sign in and then a window pops up and says I "can try this product for 30 days. If you have the product serial number, click on 'License this software.' If you start the trial, you can continue using (PSE 2020) after your trial period by purchasing the software."

On my accounts page it clearly shows I bought the product and that it is registered.  Why doesn't Editor know I paid for the product? If I start the trial even with the license number, is it going to try to force me to pay again in a month?

    Normally you would click sign-in and enter the serial number commencing 1057 (all numbers, no letters)  and it should stick.

    Sorry, wasn't notified of the response.  Problem seemed to correct itself a couple days later.
