Hi, there are a few paintbrushes that I see in videos on youtube that people use in photoshop CC. I cant seem to find these paintbrushes on photoshop elements 2019. For example the brush used has a number of 3192 which is a splash water effect. Is there a way of accessing these brushes.

Thanks, Ryan

It's also possible that the brushes used in the video are Kyle's brushes that are only available to paid subscribers of photoshop cc.

Can you give a link to one of the videos?

I was able to locate brush #3192 in the following video.

The brush pack being used in the video seems to be freely available.

    Hello Ryan,

Photoshop Elements comes with a set of default brushes. To add another brush to the library of preset brushes, you can follow these steps.

    1. Perform a Google search to find the .ABR file of the required brush.

    2. Open Photoshop Elements and navigate to the Expert Room.

    3. Go to Edit > Preset Manager and choose 'Brushes' in the Preset Type dropdown.

    4. Click on the 'Append' button and locate the desired .ABR file.

The new brush would now be visible in the Preset Manager. You can refer to this link for more information.
