Elements Version 14.

I have problems in opening a JPEG file from Organizer to Editor.

I have the error message saying Problem parsing JPEG data.

Additionally if I try to enhance the JPEG picture I can open then it says not enough RAM.

Any assistance on how to resolve these issues?
