pb installation adobe elements 2019

bonjour, après avoir telechargé ce logiciel et dezippé, le setup.exe ne fonctionne pas, donc pas d'installation,

merci de m'aider en détaillant le processus d'installation

c'est un pc windows 10  64bits, j'avais délà téléchargé précédemment la version 18 il y a un an sans probleme
