PE 11 Serial Number

I want to install Elements 11 on a new PC, I have the barcodes and lot and part numbers from the original package but get a message saying neither is the correct format for a PE 11 serial number when I run the install program 😞
I still have the Amazon receipt for the original purchase 😉
Any advice on how I can get a valid serial number would be most welcome.

Barcodes, lot and part numbers are NOT a serial number. They are going to be the same for everyone.

The redemption code from Amazon may only be used once to get the serial number.

If you registered it with Adobe, it should be in your account:

    Normally you get an redemption code when you buy Adobe software on Amazon. This code has to change into a normal serial number.
