PE 12

I have Photoshop Elements 12.  I have a new computer where my screen is muted and what I edit and see on the screen, is NOT what is actually being saved.  I have edited on my old computer and my new computer - with the exact same percents of actions - and they save and look the exact same on a neutral device.  However, that is based on what looks good on my OLD computer.

I have been told to contact you saying I have an HP Z Book and to have you log into my computer to change my Graphics Rendering.  Something about changing from video card to windows or adobe... he wasn't sure the switch, but that there needed to be a switch.

PLEASE help me.  I do have PE15, but like 12 better and 15 is not on my new computer.   I need an answer quickly - I have shoots due and my old computer is slow.
