PE Elements 13.1 updated itself and now I cannot see any of my albums in addition to it repeatedly asking me to update.

Hi,

 

By any chance did you click on 'Hide Panel' at bottom left in Organizer which hid your albums. In that case, you can see the panel again by clicking on 'Show Panel'.
