PE 2019 does not work with Wacom Intuos Pro using Windows 10

I cannot get all the features of my Intuous Pro drawing pad and pen to work with PE 2019.  Adobe literature says it should work but it does not, espcially pen sensitivity (thickness, etc.).  Windows Ink is turned off.  Drivers are updated.  Any thoughts?
