This has been reported for display sizes just complying with the minimum 1200 x 800 pixels requirements. Even with 800 pixels, the Windows task bar hides the foreground/background icon.
Can you set your display to more than 800 pixels in heigth?
Or set Windows options to move the task bar elsewhere than on the bottom; or to set to automatically hide the task bar?
