PE 2024 Editor will not load

I bought and installed Photoshop Elements 2024 in the beginning of December 2023.  The program was working fine until yesterday when I was unable to access the editor portion of the program.  I have uninstalled and re-installed twice now and am still unable to access the editor.  Any suggestions???  Please and thank you.
