PE 2026 PSD Save As JPG not uploadable to photo site

I recently updated to PE 2026 and when I save my PSD as a JPG the photo printing site says this type of JPEG is not compatible. I never had this issue in the past.

After working with the file more I realized it had a very large pixel size,12,000 in height. I reduced the pixel size to be less than 8,000 (by reducing DPI) in size and then had no issue with the file.

I also discovered that this large height pixel size prevented the JPG from storing correctly in the Organizer (it showed as a broken file). Once it was reduced it appeared in Organizer as expected.

Neither the website nor Organizer gave me any indication it was a pixel height or DPI issue.

Which photo printing site are you using?  What do they say is wrong with the jpeg?  Did the file have more than one layer before you saved it? Did you save it as a copy or version set?

Was it saved in the usual Baseline, sRGB, and given a standard alpha-numeric characters name?  And you didn’t dbl tap the dot before jpg right?
