PE14 Photomerge panorama

I cannot perform a photomerge in PE14. Loading two or more photos in guided mode then selecting create results in a message saying save the photo first. But the panorama is not created and the files I loaded are already saved. Is there a bug in pe14?

    Yes, this is a known issue in PSE14:

    Panoramas - Error Message: Documents must be saved before they can be merged
