PE18 - Transferring a video to Youtube stops at 98%

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to download a video to YouTube all day. Every time the transfer gets to 98% it stops. Then the following message appears - Online services encountered an error. The service will now be terminated or paused if possible.

Can someone help me correct the error which is stopping the transfer at 98% in order finish the transfer of the remaining 2 %.
