Pen Pressure in Elements 2018

I had this same issue with Elements 2017 when I tried the trial version of that on my laptop, and I made a topic then but was unable to figure anything out before the trial expired. Pen pressure (on my Wacom Pen and Touch medium) wasn't working then either, but it works in every other program I have. I recently also found out that Adobe has old versions of PSE available for download, and I installed my preferred version, PSE11, to my laptop. Pen pressure is perfect in 11...I didn't have to change any settings or do anything to get it to work. New versions? Nothing at all. And these are both trial versions, so PSE11 is only going to work for so long; if I can't find my activation code for PSE11, I need to make sure the new version works before I buy it.

Short version: Windows 10 laptop, Wacom Intuous tablet, Elements 11 has working pen pressure (as do all other programs), but Elements 2018 does not. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
