Pen Pressure not working in PS Elements 2021

I'm having the same problem. I got all the way to Adobe settings and there is nothing in there. I have showed hidden files and still nothing under settings -just blank no files. I have reinstalled the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 from a download of last September. ran no updates because that s what caused the INK to stop working, it just crashes the program. I am using HP SPECTRE x360. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H  CPU@ 2.6 GHz. 16G installed RAM
