Hi could anyone help me i bought the photoshop elements 2019 but i noticed that it does not have the pen tool, can anyone tel me if there is a setting for this. i just have a pencil tool that i can write with

The pen tool is only availabe in the Creative Cloud full version of Photoshop which requires a subscription.
