Perfectly Clear Filter Missing

Has anyone had problems with Perfectly Clear V3 and Photoshop Elements 2021.2?

I've been using Photoshop Elements 2021 and Perfectly Clear plug-in for a couple of months now.  All of a sudden PSE locked up and after I rebooted and restarted PSE, Perfectly Clear is no longer in my Filter List. 

I've unintall/reinstalled by Photoshop Elements and Perfectly Clear and it still isn't my filter list.
