Person I want to fix is not selected in Enhance Facial Features

I have a group of 4 people I want to adjust the smile on one of them.  But when I go into Enhance Facial Features adjustment only the other 3 have been selected by putting circles around them.  How can I select the 4th.    She isn't that bad, she looks like a person.  Just not a smiling person.
