Perspective Crop Tool - photo disappears

To reset the Perspective Crop Tool or any tool for that matter click on the small downturned arrow with four little lines pointed to in the screenshot below then click Reset Tool.

Many times there is a small value in one of the Width or Height fields or Resolution field and deleting that will fix the issue.

The image used in this example was supplied by now Adobe Employee Noel Carboni in a rather old thread that was lost during the last forum transition.
