Photo captions not picked up in slideshow - Elements Organizer 19

I have captions on my photographs in Organizer Elements but when I create a slideshow they are ignored.  If I click on "Add captions", I get an empty text box for each picture but the captions I've already entered are ignored. 

Is there a way of getting the captions I've already entered to be used?
