photo directory

I assume you have assigned the names via captions.

From the organizer, select the number of files for a single page (for instance 5 rows of 4 colums = 20)

Use the 'Print' functiion,

Set the paper size

Select type of print =  Contact sheet

Select the layout (number of colums)

Tick Show Print Option

tick caption

That is automatic, but not flexible.

To get max flexibility, you would have to use layers for each photo and text layers for each caption...
