Photo Editor not loading

I am unable to launch photo editor in the elements program. I have been using it the last week. Today the progam lauched but nothing happens when I select Photo Editor.

I couldn't open that way either. I actually just shut it down and waited a day. Working fine now.

Can you open it directly from the exe file in Program files?
