Photo Editor stuck in place

Photo Editor window opens in the middle of the main monitor (Mac)

Cannot be moved around the screen or to a 2nd monitor.

That's really not a PSE thing.... you would probably get better results on a mac forum.

I do offer this suggestion:

Go to System Preferences -> Display.
Select the Arrangement tab, and arrange the secondary monitor so that it sits on top of your MacBook monitor.

You should be able to move your application window up to the secondary monitor now.
