I just upgraded to Elements 15 and I can not insert photo into email. Help.

Do you get any error messages?

If so, please provide the screenshot of the error dialog.

In case no, please mention the steps you are following to do this and the type of file you are trying inserting.

If I understand well, your problem is not to send photos as attachments, it's to include, embed, your images within your text. That's not a feature of the mail service of Elements. Not all mail tools are able to do that and not all users can read such mails.

If you can do it from your own mail tool, save your pictures temporarily on your desktop and use your own tool to do that.
