Photo Layers

Is there a way to covert a photo to show layers?

I lost all my documents that I had saved with the layers, but still have the files I saved as jpegs. I desperately need to convert the jpegs back to show layers so they can be edited.

Also, does photoshop elements have spell checker?

Thanks jess

If you deleted these files then they should still be in the Recycle bin or Trash bin and it can be restored.  If you want to search for them, try searching for *.psd files as they contain all the layer structure.

JPEG file format does not preserve the layer structure.

Spell checker is not available in this photo-editing program.
