photo shop elements 15 and premier elements15

I purchased photo shop and premier elements 15 last year when it came out.  I purchased it in hopes to do my kids senior pictures on my own.  I took my pictures and fixed them to my likings but I can't figure out how to send them out to print them professionally.  I wanted a lot of wallets with rounded corners and the name and year on them.  I was able to put the name and year on them but I don't know how the print them.  Do I need another program?
