Photo Shop Elements Premiere 15 download?

I am new to using a Mac.  I purchased the PP Elements Premiere 15 from Staples and in the mail got CD's!  Yikes - am I stupid or what.  So inside the box it has a website address where on can download (never mind I over paid 60.00 for a physical CD) but going to that site only gave me PP Elements15 and not the Premiere product download.  Apparently I will have to go out and buy a CD/DVD drive for this iMac.

And the Adobe website for support and help is a nightmare.  I would think there would be some better support and contact then just have to use forums and wait for answers from who knows who.
