Photobacks Zip Files not opening in Adobe Elements 12

Question

I bought the Photobacks Sport templates which you download on a Zip File from their website and then open in Photoshop on my desktop computer.

Each time I download the file and try to open it, Photoshop Elements tells me the file can't be opened because "it is not the correct type of file". I've had them re-send the file and get the same error message, but when I open it on my phone and use the Photoshop App i can view the templates they are sending me.

Why won't it open on my Desktop version?

On Windows you normally have to decompress.You double click the zip folder and choose Extract All FilesThe files should be accessible inside the decompressed folder.
