Photobook Themes Question

I want to create a photo book in Photoshop elements 16 with a single photo on each page. I do not want 2 and 3 images on some pages as seems to be the default no matter which Theme I select. I can go in after the fact fix each page manually using Layouts but that is tedious. Is there a way to force the Themes to load only one photo per page upon initial creation? Thanks. Bob

I don't think there is any way to do that. However, if you want to do this for multiple books, you can always use your creation as a template for future projects.
