Photoeditor (in Photoshop elements 2023) ohne Organizer direkt starten

Hi everyone, first of all sorry for my bad English.
I bought Photoshop elements 2023 today, I'm fine with it. The only thing that annoys is that the photo editor can only be accessed via the start screen (organizer). Is there a way to access Photoshop Editor directly?
Thank you for all the answers.

The file name is PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe   There is no space between the words.

And although your English is excellent, a picture is always worth a thousand words.  So, here is what I am talking about when pinning the Editor program icon to the Windows taskbar:

. . . or when the program is open, you can right-click on the taskbar icon and pin the Editor to the taskbar.

Thank you for the answer. That's what I thought, but there's no Photoshop_Elements_Editor.exe anywhere
