Photomerge?

I am able to sticth images to get a panoramic image using guided edit only. In the expert mode I do not see the option at all. I checked under File>New> but no luck there. I also checked Enahace> and I do not see the option there either. I have Photoshop Elements 2020 which I bought like last year. Please help. Thanks in advance.
