PhotoMerge in PSE 2022

I used to be able to create a panorama easily in PSE 11. Can I do it in PSE 2022? If so, how? PSE Help told me to go to File>Automate>Photomerge, but Automate does not exist as a choice under File in my PSE 2022. There is a grayed-out choice for "Automation Tools," but that is unavailable to me. As a work-around, I've been taking my picture files on a USB drive to an older (and crankier) computer that still has PSE 11 installed, but it's painfully slow. This is SO frustrating! What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help.

In the PSE 2022 Editor open the images you want to use for the Photomerge Panorama, click on Guided then click Photomerge, then click Photomerge Panorama
