Photos will not open in Editor

I have PSE15 on Win10 x64. If I open Editor and drag photos in, they do not appear either in the Photo Bin or the main window.

If I right click a photo in Organiser and select edit in Editor, then the Editor opens but once again no photo has been inserted. I've tried everything but Editor will not show the imported photos. Help please.

UPDATE: This must be the quickest update I have ever done.

After posting here, I thought maybe reboot computer. It is now fixed. Good old Windows 😞
