reinstall it.   If you don't have a cd/dvd of that version you can download it from your adobe account.

Just click on your image / icon in the upper right corner of this page, click on managae account,  select plans /payment, select products.   Serial numbers for PSE always start wtih 1057. 

I have  stuff in my adobe account (including pse 2014) that is over 12 years old.   

LET'S SAY iT'S NOT LISTED:   just do a google search for it.   What is important in the serial number.
