Make sure you log into the editor using the same email used for the purchase.

ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE:  Sometimes the payment method used will take two, even three weeks to "clear the bank"- that can even happen with paypal.

How to check your payment status
If you made a payment and your subscription isn't yet active, you can check its status in your Adobe account: 
  1. Sign in to your account at account.adobe.com/orders.
  2. Navigate to the Orders and invoices tab.
  3. Click View invoices to see your payment history. 
What to do if a payment failed
If you are receiving payment reminders even though you have paid, or if your payment failed, you can re-initiate the transaction: 
  1. Sign in to your Adobe account and go to Plans and payment > Plans.
  2. Select Edit billing and payment next to your plan.
  3. Update or re-enter your payment information to retry the payment.
  4. If the issue persists, contact Adobe Support. \
