Photoshop

Hello, I have a ASUS lap top, when I bought this new there was photoshopelements installed.

When I reinstalled the computer for about 2 years ago there was no problem, all programs from the original came back. But the last time Photoshop elements were gone....why?

    thanks for your answer.

    unfortunately this program was pre installed when I bought the computer so I have no idea about any serial number. I guess this was installed by the manufacturer on the computer (ASUS)

    What version are you using? Try looking in Program Files or Program Files (x86) e.g. for the PSE12 editor (substitute your own version number if different)

    Browse to:

    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 12

    Inside the Photoshop Elements 12 folder make sure you select the application (not a shortcut) by scrolling down to the files beginning with the letter P and highlighting ‘PhotoshopElementsEditor’

    Right-click on the application and choose Run as administrator
