Everytime after installation and login to my account.  When it tries to validate my serial number it gives me the following error

Please connect to the internet and retry

I have been on adobe support for HOURS and DAYs with no luck.  Multiple installs, turning of virus protection, etc, etc....

The last support said that it won't work on a "work" computer.  Does not make any sense.  It's no different than a personal laptop since we are a 2 man shop and no IT dept.  Not extra software or protections that might have been put in place it was a big company.

Please can anyone help??? I just want to use my software that used to work on my pc before it got wiped clean by ASUS to repair a fan.
