Photoshop 13 elements organizer gps map not showing

hello . i using Photo shop 13 on a Windows 10 computer. and my GPS map tagging is not showing the map for when i want to tage the location of my photos. how do i fix this?

    Try the updated versions, the problem is not there with PSE 15 and higher versions.
