Photoshop 14 free trial

I am running Photoshop 11 and am perfectly happy with it.  Several weeks ago up pops a free trial for 14.  I was not interested, but I found no way to say "no" to the pop up.  The only way that I could use Photoshop was to enter the free trial.  I figured that when the trial was up I would then have the option to decline.  Well, the trial is up and I cannot access my Photoshop because up comes a screen saying the trial is over, but I only have two options, buy it or license the software.  I do not want it so how can I get past the offer screen so I can work with my Photoshop  11?
