Photoshop 2015 low ram with Windows 10

Hi I just received the window 10 update and my computer,  photoshop 15 will not process my pictures it says low Ram ...Adobe customer care said it is not compatible with windows 10.. i would have to upgrade to 2019..anyway any one have some answers before i upgrade to 2019 ??
