Photoshop 3.0

I had photoshop 3.0 on an older computer that crashed.  I have a serial number but no longer a cd drive since my computer does not have a drive.  How can I upgrade to the latest with the serial number and what would the cost be?

    Even if you could "upgrade," the upgrade would be just a price discount.  If you shop around, you will likely get a better deal without the "upgrade" if you purchase from an authorized online reseller or retail store.
