I had adobe photoshop elements 8 loaded on my old computer that crashed. I now have a different computer and want to know if I can use the software disc to load the program on my new (refurbished) computer that runs on windows 10. That is, can I load it successfully

If you need to deactivate from the old computer:

Go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset:

You should be able to install it successfully from the disc. But you will only know for sure if you give it a try.
