Photoshop and premiere elements freezes.

I have just bougt Photoshop elements and premiere elements 2022 version. But it freezes - or more exact stops, gets grey and the message is that elemts organizer is not responding. I have tried many reinstallations bt same problem.

The odd thing is that when I open the organizer it asks for the version and then 2022 is not an alternative.

I had the problem with my previous version 2019 - but it has become worse now. In reality - the program is useless for me now.  

I suspect the problem is with the Organizer.
