Photoshop CC images import problem

Hi everybody

I hope you can solve my problem concerning Photoshop CC

Whenever I try to open files in Photoshop (jpeg, png, all of them) a black screen appears and I'm not able to see anything.

I don't know how to deal with it.

Could you help me?
