I purchased this some years ago but only now in Dec 2018 am I attempting to download it. I cannot find the serial number on any of the boxes so I went online to get it there. Well, when I entered the redemption code, it was not recognized. I cannot get any answers anywhere. Extremely frustrating to get any help at all. PLEASE someone help me.

Thank you. I tried that but I am getting a message that code is invalid

Then you’ll have to go back to whoever sold the software to you and clear it up with them.
