Bonjour,

J'essaie d'instaler photoshop element 2021 et Premiere elemeny 2021 sur mon Imac (Big Sur) et le code d'erreur 24 ( privilèges d'administrateur requis pour effectuer l'installation) s'affiche. On me demande un mot de passe que je n'ai pas? Que dois je faire

Try contacting Adobe support. You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Support menu at Adobe.com. Or you can contact Support by telephone using the numbers listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html.  With your permission, the tech support can take control of your computer and install the program, or at least tell you why you need a password.  The error code that you mention generally indicates that the user has cancelled the installation.  However, I know nothing about Macs so can't offer any better explanation.  Note that Adobe support is only open during normal business hours in Europe.
