Photoshop Element 2024: Current OS version 6.1.7600 doesn't satisfy OS requirements

Hi

I cannot download Camera Raw from PSE 2024.

Error code 190 is displayed.

My operating system (OS) is Microsoft Windows 10 Home (x64) Build 19045.4412.

Can you tell me if this OS is compatible with PSE 2024? If this is not the case, what do you advise me to do?

As far as I can remember OS version 6.1.7600 is the old Windows 7 (without servicepacks).

Do you start Photoshop Elements in Windows 7 compatibility mode ?

Then the question is : Why do you start PSE oin Windows 7 compatibility mode ? Is there a special reason ?

My advice is to disable this compatibility mode, then Windows 10 will be recognized as OS.
