Photoshop Element crash

Good afternoon,

I am a client that bought Photoshop element 12.
Everything was working nicely until a crash... Indeed, impossible to open the application.
I tried to remove it and to download it again and still the same problem.

After searching on the net, i was surprised to see that Photoshop element 13, and 15 still have the same problem...
Like something is not correct in this company to not resolve those problems !

Searching everywhere to get a direct contact but here again... Photoshops seems more busy to make economy than to resolve client complication.
To pay it's fast, to resolve problem, a long way !
Maybe i will go soon to see competitors... Anyway, i would like my money back or to resolve all of this to save your face.

Sorry for the "not good looking" commentary but when a client is taken for a cash cow, and see that Photoshop still have same problems and taking others clients as cash cow again, i become a bit nervous.
